I suppose Agile, and the total disregard for any form of governance would fit the bill. I have often wondered why Agilests are so governance adverse, but Condition A would truly fit this scenario.
You're right, of course, though I hadn't of that scenario (I was over-focussed on religion and politics, particularly the more dangerous kind, linked to that ongoing exploration on paediarchy).
Another classic example of that kind would the cult that formed around Apple (e.g. the literal 'The Cult of Mac'), particularly when Steve Jobs was still around as The Leader.)
